Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligible Items

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

How to Return

Email us at hello@todayinseoul.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the item you'd like.
